Informal Arrangements

In some cases it may be possible to make an informal arrangement with creditors who may agree to accept less than the full sum due to them.

Each agreement will be dependent upon the particular circumstances of each case. We can assist you in negotiating with your creditors to endeavour to achieve a solution to your problems.

If an informal arrangement is not appropriate then creditors may approve a formal arrangement.
