Such a review will ascertain the solvency situation of the individual taking into account realisable values of assets and liabilities (both actual and contingent) whilst providing an objective and independent report on the choices available to you or your client.

Our viability review will identify the financial requirements of the business or individual and any problems. We will examine the business strategy and future prospects. Our detailed report will contain all the findings and make alternative suggestions where appropriate. It will always provide clear and concise recommendations.

We may be able to assist your client in the funding of a Reorganisation or a Capital Restructuring. We work with many financial institutions who may be able to provide assistance.

We can work with you and your clients without the threat of poaching. We do not provide Audit, Bookkeeping, Taxation, Company Secretarial or general accountancy services.

Speed of Response

From the moment we have received all necessary information, we would aim in most cases to have a draft report available to whoever has instructed us within 48 hours and the final version on the desk as soon after that, subject only to any review which has been agreed beforehand. Often the time scale is quicker than this.

Cost

We do not have a vast bureaucracy or an even bigger reception area to support. Our cost base is extremely modest.
